I'm not usually one to trash another person's food choices... so I'm just going to say, "My those green beans and chicken sure look lovely on that gorgeous plate. The purple potatoes remind me of poi."

Josh remarked that they taste good, but look weird. Steph was interested in seeing if butter affected the color. It didn't. But then it doesn't have any food coloring in it like margarine does.
