Riding to and from work yesterday--first day of bike commuting--I saw this truck parked in the bike lane on North Addison. The Montana plates expired in 2007. The windshield wipers hug close a couple of plastic-bagged citations and the truck bed is full of trash. On the plus side, the tires have air in them.
The lack of respect Spokane has for bicycles and pedestrians is shown by their response to vehicles blocking bike and ped rights of way.
ReplyDeleteHow long is a vehicle allowed to block car lanes? Try parking on West Francis or North Division. It's probably best to use someone else's car for this experiment.
