Quit Looking At Me

What's remarkable about the uproar in Britain over Google Street View and the concern about privacy and crime is that the United Kingdom is practically the most monitored country in the world.

But we split hairs. What matters here is what the law requires for those gathering the data and for those accessing it, with at least on surprising use.
