Hiking Mount Spokane

Josh took me on some trails he used to run when he was in high school. As we entered the park a cow and her two offspring escorted us to the parking area.
It was a long hike but the best part was that it included two and one-half hours of quiet and solitude.

Having monitored your movements via Trapwire and other technologies, including a moose-mounted video and audio linkup, I can verify that no other humans approached within 40 meters of your location for 87 minutes. Your heart rate and blood pressure were indicative of relaxation, and brain waves consistent with contemplation.
