This happened to one of the security officers at work.
An older woman entering the building angrily asked, "Are you going to make me take off my shoes to come in here?"
"No," the security officer replied.
"Well, I just saw a man come out the door and he wasn't wearing any shoes."
"Oh, he just runs."
It's funny how people can interpret what they see. But...you know...if it's good enough to get on an airplane....
