Blocking Out

Second day in a row for this one.

Cementing their hold on the title of Spokane's Champion Bike Lane Blocker.

Enough.

Unless you give a photo of "all" bike lane violators in this city, then stop. You are nothing but a harasser of one particular individual. It reminds me of, "let those without sin cast the first stone." You must be a real saint.

I suspect they have no other place to park. I would like to know if I am right or wrong.

The bike laws in this state are regressive. Bikers can ride side by side on a busy street forcing traffic to slow down and go around. That doesn't make the bike law correct. It does question the safety for bikers and drivers.

But don't let a person "partially" park in a bike lane. Some bike rider will make an example of them.

Enough.

No other place to park? There's parking on both Gordon and Kiernan. Also, from the photos it looks like this family has at least two other vehicles.

That's why the bike laws are regressive.

Do you get to park in front of your house? It doesn't seem relevant how many vehicles they have. I am not familiar with Gordan and Kiernan from the picture, but it is a shame people who live along a bike route have to go out of their way to park their vehicles.

At least the individual who parks the truck makes an honest attempt to make room for the bikes.

Just saying...that's all....I am not a fan of the current bike laws in the state of Washington.
