Term Insurance

Josh is going to the University of Washington this fall. His Great Aunt Janet and Uncle Mike live pretty close to campus. Included in their graduation gift to Josh were these items, each with a note attached.

The note on the back of the sewing kit instructs Josh to "Do not use. Call me." and lists Janet's phone number. The note on the back of the Tylenol, with "hangover" on the front, says "If needed...take 2." And the note from Mike on the Get Out of Jail Free card permits Josh to "Use as necessary" and Mike helpfully provides his phone number.

Needless to say, Kathy, who was clutching her pearls and feeling a touch of the vapors coming on, and I, desperately unbuttoning my starched collar, were taken aback. But instead of working ourselves into a frenzy over this, we've decided to go with the flow. We made copies.

So if you have a child attending the University of Washington this fall and they could use some assistance....

Our son who went to UW was coached to say politely, "Officer, am I under arrest or am I free to go?"
